Designed with vulnerable tenants aged 60 and over in mind, Harry Bronfman Square II offers highly affordable housing, with rent set at only 30 percent of monthly income for eligible residents.

The building is steps from shopping, the Cummings Centre for Seniors, and public transportation. Residents also benefit from recreational programming that helps strengthen quality of life and connection.
