Our Housing Options, Explained

Each option is designed to meet different financial situations and housing needs, with eligibility determined through a confidential application and defined selection process.

Affordable Housing

Housing where rent is set below typical market rates, making it more accessible to individuals and families with moderate incomes.

Most of our Les Maisons Kehilla buildings include a mix of Social Housing and Affordable Housing rents.

Eligibility is based on availability as well as the applicant’s financial and living situation.

Social Housing

Housing that is subsidized based on income, typically through government supported programs. Rent is often calculated as a percentage of household income, ensuring it remains manageable over time.
