Kehilla III

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
COMPLETION SUMMER 2028

5425 Robert Burns
Côte-des-Neiges - NDG

For households in need, Kehilla III isn’t just an opportunity. It is a turning point.

Across Montreal, finding affordable housing is becoming increasingly difficult. As rents rise, many individuals and families—especially those on fixed or modest incomes—are struggling to keep up and find housing they can truly afford.

For too many in our city, it means subsisting in terrible conditions that compromise their health, security, and dignity. For some, it means not having a home at all.

A new site. A new building. A new future.

We have broken ground on our newest affordable housing development in the sought-after borough of Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grace.
Of the 203 apartments, 75% will be social housing with rent geared to income, while the remainder will be offered well below market rates.

Be a Cornerstone of Kehilla III.

By partnering with Les Maisons Kehilla on this exciting, new project, you have the opportunity to make a transformative impact on the lives of thousands of people in need—now and for generations.

A Collaborative Funding Model
for Kehilla III

Kehilla III’s innovative funding model brings together philanthropy, government support, and financing to maximize impact and help create more affordable housing for our community.

$4.2M
Social Impact Investment Loans

Social impact investing refers to investments that generate measurable social benefits alongside a modest financial return. Through these investments, supporters help advance affordable housing and create lasting impact in our community.

$3M
Bridge Loans

Bridge financing provides short term funding that enables Kehilla to move projects forward while longer term financing is secured. It ensures continuity in development, helping bring new affordable housing to completion without delay.

$18M raised through generous donor support
203 units
75% social housing with rents geared to income and capped at 25% of earnings
25% affordable housing with rents below market value
10% units reserved for neurodivergent adults

We are deeply committed to improving lives for generations through affordable housing. A stable, secure home is the foundation for people to thrive—in work, in school, and in health. By building community and expanding our reach, we can help break the cycle of poverty and shape a stronger future.
