Our Programming

A vibrant community,
Every single day.

Les Maisons Kehilla’s seniors’ residences are more than just a place to live. They are places where people truly belong.

Across Château B’nai Brith, B’nai Brith House, and across our network of buildings with senior populations, residents benefit from over a dozen programs each week, thoughtfully designed to support the mind, body, and spirit.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you feel it: a welcoming energy and a genuine sense of community.

Movement & Wellness

Staying active is key to maintaining independence and overall well-being. Our accessible fitness programs are designed for all ability levels and led by experienced instructors on-site, where applicable.

These programs help residents build strength, improve flexibility, and feel their best both physically and mentally. This is what transforms housing into community.

  • Yoga & Tai Chi
  • Zumba
  • Adapted Boxing
  • Balance & Mobility Classes

Connection & Community

By creating opportunities for social connection and intellectual engagement, we support healthy aging, helping tenants remain in their homes longer and maintain a strong quality of life.

  • Bingo & Trivia
  • Choir & Music Programs
  • Birthday & Milestone Celebrations
  • Holiday Gatherings

Lifelong Learning

Curiosity doesn’t retire. Our educational and enrichment programs keep minds sharp and engaged.

Whether it’s discovering something new or reconnecting with a passion, our socio-recreational programming helps residents continue to grow.

  • Lunch & Learn Sessions
  • Brain & Memory Training
  • Tech Classes

Before moving here, I spent most days alone. Now, my calendar is fuller than ever.

Bernice, Pollack Resident

Whether it’s discovering something new or reconnecting with a passion, our socio-recreational programming helps residents continue to grow.

Because every moment of connection matters.
